Camera Club

The Camera Club meet each month.  One month they go out on various activities or to a different location and take photos of the area and usually have lunch together before returning home.

Every second month the group meet in a member's home for afternoon tea and to review the photos taken by members the previous month.   Over each two month period a homework topic is set and members of the group either take photos relevant to the topic or find examples of the topic from their photo archives to show members.

Clive, The Camera Club coordinator recently said

"It is always interesting to see the different interpretation of the homework topic and the different things members of the group find to photograph when on location".

After the outing to Forest Glade Gardens located on the southern slopes of Mt Macedon Clive said

"As usual the results were great. It was interesting to note that some of our group found objects to photograph in the gardens that others, like me, completely missed".

One of the more interesting activities was a trip to the Sand Art Gallery and exhibition in Romsey. It was a great day and experience seeing the marvellous creations by sculptors from across the globe. The guided tour and explanations of the artist’s work was very enjoyable. The group where then able to photograph the art work.
